Campus Master Plan

Based on detailed research, Scotland Campus will commence with the development and construction of the following facilities:

• One 100,000-square-foot indoor sports center

This facility would be climate controlled with a minimum height clearance of 50 feet. It would house eight permanent basketball courts, convertible to 16 volleyball courts. Additionally, it would be sized to accommodate the installation of one portable regulation-size synthetic turf field for soccer, lacrosse and football, plus two Little League baseball fields or collegiate/high school softball fields.

• Six outdoor synthetic turf multipurpose fields with lights

Six regulation-size soccer fields would convert to 18 youth soccer fields or 12 Little League fields or 12 collegiate/high school softball fields, and all fields could be used for lacrosse, field hockey and football. Additionally, because each field will be marked with two baseball/ softball infield diamond configurations, portable outfield fencing will provide opportunities for programming youth baseball/softball games simultaneously.

• Additions to our dorms

As part of the Scotland Campus, additional dorms will be constructed, starting with the first dorm early in phase 1 of the campus master plan.

Existing dorms and cottages will undergo renovations.  Some of those dorms will be allocated to provide lodging for traveling teams, families, fans, and friends.
